Cancellation of Order:
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can
write to our customer support @ [email protected]
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within
even 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received are deemed to have
been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has
been delivered.
You should email us a photo of the damaged/defective product within 48 hours of
receiving your order.
Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and
sealed condition. (Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns).

If a return is accepted, Jiomaas will replace or refund the invoiced amount for the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged,
 Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
 Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,
freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
 Serial Number is tampered with.
 Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
 Product is used or altered
 If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
 Free product provided by brand
1. Not all products are eligible for returns. Eligible products will be easily visible on
our product screens.
In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our
prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand
which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

2 (a) The Jiomaas Customer Services must receive and approve your return
request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship
across the products.
(b) Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you can choose to
receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for
payment. A re-stocking fee will be applicable at the following rates per product:
– For Products worth < $150, re-stocking fee = $9 per product
– For Products in $150 – $299 price range, re-stocking fee = $15 per product
– For Products worth > $300, re-stocking fee = $20 per product

3. We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days. If you have any

4. All Custom Duties levied for return of the product will be borne by the customer.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when
a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be
processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2-5 business
days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the
amount to reflect in your account.
Categories not eligible for Return:
Customized/Beauty Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc.) cannot be
returned.
Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special
return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the
